I. Service Standards
- Rooms are prepared according to the type and category booked, with full amenities as described on the website or in the booking confirmation email.
- Services include: breakfast, daily housekeeping, access to the swimming pool, gym, free Wi-Fi, and more.
II. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Check-in time: from 14:00.
- Check-out time: before 12:00 noon the following day.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated free of charge depending on room availability at the time. To guarantee early check-in or late check-out, a surcharge applies based on the published room rate.
- Minimum check-in age: Guests must be at least 18 years old and present valid identification at check-in.
III. Disclaimer
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to fire, storms, floods, earthquakes, war, changes in government policy, riots, protests, sabotage, political duties, or technical failures beyond our control), if CN Palace Boutique Hotel & Spa is unable to fulfill its obligations, the hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising beyond our control.
IV. General Policies
- Cancellation Policy: Depends on the room type and rate plan. Guests are advised to carefully review the terms before confirming their booking.
- Children and Extra Bed Policy:
- Children aged 0–6 stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
- Children aged 7 and above are considered adults.
- Extra bed: 350,000 VND/person/night, subject to availability.
- Baby cots are not available.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Smoking Policy: Designated smoking areas are available. Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited and may incur a cleaning fee.
- Security Policy: All areas of the hotel are monitored 24/7 by a CCTV system to ensure the safety of guests.
V. In-Hotel Regulations
- Cooking is not allowed in guest rooms.
- Strong-smelling foods (such as durian) are not allowed to be brought into or used within the premises.
- Parties are not permitted in guest rooms or in public areas of the hotel.
- Weapons, chemicals, or explosives are strictly prohibited at any time within the hotel premises.
- All illegal activities (such as gambling, prostitution, or use of narcotics) are strictly prohibited.
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully in public areas: no yelling or pushing, respect others, and supervise children appropriately.
- Guests are responsible for compensating for any damage or loss of hotel property, according to the compensation list provided in the room.
- Requests for early check-in, late check-out, or extra beds are subject to availability. In case the hotel cannot fulfill the request, we kindly ask guests to adhere to the hotel’s standard policy.
VI. Responsibilities and Commitments
1. From CN Palace Hotel:
- Provide services with the agreed quality, time, and location as confirmed with the guest.
- Keep customer information confidential in accordance with the hotel’s privacy policy.
2. From Guests:
- Fulfill payment obligations and check-in on time as agreed.
- By accessing the website or using services, guests acknowledge and accept the risks related to technical issues, systems, internet access, and waive liability toward the hotel in such cases.
- Guests have the right to request correction of any personal information errors stored by the hotel.
- If requested, guests must provide valid identification within 30 days.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own information.
VII. Reservation & Data Privacy Policy
- CN Palace Hotel will send booking confirmations via email. As the website does not currently support personal account management, guests may contact the hotline for assistance in updating personal information.

VIII. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the use of the website or room bookings will be resolved under Vietnamese law.
- If negotiation fails, both parties agree to bring the case to the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) for resolution under current procedures. The arbitration language shall be Vietnamese.
